How to Shop Online:

West Suburban Community Pantry’s Online Market makes it easy and fast to get free groceries for those in need of assistance.

Just visit our online ordering site (PantrySoft), create an account, and choose your pickup date and location. Then, shop for your groceries! You will receive an email confirmation for your order—please bring this when you pick up your order.

Follow These Easy Steps:

  1. Create an online account HERE.
  2. Select a pickup date and location.*
  3. Choose your items.
  4. Pickup your groceries!

*For remote sites, orders must be placed 24 hours prior to pickup date and time. For Woodridge pickup, orders must be placed by midnight the day before your pickup, or by 8:00AM Tuesday for a Tuesday evening pickup.

In-Person Shopping

What to Expect:

If it’s your first time visiting our In-Person Market, you’ll create an account online or with one of our volunteers.

Please note: you must reside in DuPage or Will County. 

After that, it works just like a grocery store! Choose your own food, and volunteers will help you load your car. We offer shopping by appointment and walk-in.

Senior Home Delivery

Grocery Services for Seniors:

No one is left behind. Residents of DuPage County, Bolingbrook, and Romeoville who are at least 60 years of age, at risk of hunger, AND homebound may be eligible to receive home delivery service. Neighbors who request home delivery must participate in a home visit and provide proof of identity and residency.
