Individual Volunteer Opportunities
Welcome to the Volunteer page for the West Suburban Community Pantry. Thank you for considering sharing your time and talent with the pantry! Volunteers must be a high school freshman or older.
Available Positions Include:
Greeting & checking in customers
Sorting food donations
Stocking pantry shelves
Packing online orders
Distributing online food orders
Assisting during customer shopping
Shifts are 2-3 hours in length and volunteers should be able to stand for the bulk of their shift and lift 2 gallons of milk easily. We require everyone to wear closed toe shoes.
Volunteer shifts are available on the following dates and times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8am-4pm
Register via the button below. Once your registration is complete, log back in and sign up for orientation under the ‘Opportunities’ tab. After attending orientation, you can access the entire volunteer calendar and sign up for shifts that work with your schedule.

West Suburban Community Pantry welcomes groups to volunteer together. Volunteering is a great way for group members to connect with each other in new ways and support their community.
