Federal Income Guidelines FY2021*
July 1, 2021-June 30 2022
New Customers please download the Customer Registration Form below, fill it out and bring it with you on your first visit, or when you pick up your online food order.
Current & New Customers will need to bring the following on each visit:
1. Photo ID, such as: Drivers’ License or State ID
2. Proof of residency:
• A current utility bill in the name of a member of the household
• Piece of mail postmarked within 60 days
(Please also bring several bags or boxes for your food.)
Empowerment programs may have additional requirements.
