Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility
West Suburban Community Pantry strives to provide barrier-free access to nutritious food. While we primarily serve residents of DuPage and Will Counties, all Illinois families are welcome. We offer both in-person shopping and online order pickup.
Eligible households may shop with the Pantry up to four times per month. This includes a maximum of three visits to the In-Person Market, with the remaining visits available through the Online Market.
Registration Process
New neighbors will need to create an account on PantrySoft to use our services. If you are shopping in-person, you can create an account ahead of time or one of our check-in volunteers will assist you when you arrive. To shop at our Online Market, create an account and start shopping online.
If you would like to designate someone to visit the Pantry on your behalf, please fill out the Proxy Statement Form and bring it to the Pantry every time.
