Who is eligible for food?

See Eligibility page.

Some of the supportive programming’s eligibility is also based on residency and income; others (like the classes) can be open.

What should I bring with me?

Photo ID and proof of residency needed each time picking up food.

When scheduling appointment for other services (like SNAP, Access DuPage, LIHEAP, Gas Cards), a staff member will let you know what is needed to complete the application.

How often can I receive food or services?

You can receive food, either shopping or online pick-up, once per week. When inquiring about other services, a staff member can let you know its program dates.

Who can pick up food?

Any listed as a household member can pick-up food as long as he/she has their photo ID and piece of mail. If you designate someone outside of the household to pick-up your food, then he/she will need a completed proxy form and identification.

Where should I park?

You can park alongside the East wall of the pantry (across from the storage facility) or on Hobson Valley Drive. You run the risk of being towed if you park in front of another business.
