For over 30 years West Suburban Community Pantry (WSCP) has been serving households in DuPage and Will Counties. Despite rising food costs and more people needing help from the pantry, we remain committed to our vision of a community without hunger.  To ensure we’re able to continue to meet increasing demand, starting Thursday, January 12, WSCP is making the following changes to our food distribution.

New Pantry Changes

DuPage or Will County residents only: You must live in DuPage or Will counties to access our pantry.  We will continue to serve shoppers who live in DuPage or Will counties (our service area). Shoppers who live outside of these counties may visit WSCP once and they will be referred to a food pantry closer to their home.  Volunteers will check your residency at the pantry or on our Virtual Food Pantry.

Visits to the Store limited to 2 times per month: You may visit our pantries no more than 2 times per month. This includes the Pantry Store in Woodridge, our Virtual Food Pantry, or shopping at our school pantry at Irene King Elementary School in Romeoville.

Three ways to shop at the Pantry (only 2 times per month):

  1.  Shop at the Woodridge Store – New hours effective January 12, 2023. (Estimated wait time to shop is 45+minutes)
