Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for the Pantry's services?
See our Eligibility & Registration page.
Eligibility for some of our Support Services is also based on residency and income.

What should I bring with me?
For our In-Person Market, you don’t need to bring anything with you if you are registered online. If you are not registered on PantrySoft, you can register online HERE or a volunteer will help you when you arrive.
For our Online Market, be sure to bring your online order pickup confirmation with you.
When scheduling an appointment for other Support Services (like SNAP, Access DuPage, LIHEAP, Gas Cards), a staff member will let you know what is needed to complete the application.

How often can I receive food or services?
You can order groceries four times per month using our online system. If you’d like to shop in-person, you can mix and match your visits in the following ways:
- 4 Online Market Pickups
- 3 Online Market Pickups + 1 In-Person Shopping Visit
- 2 Online Market Pickups + 2 In-Person Shopping Visits
- 1 Online Market Pickup + 3 In-Person Shopping Visits
Please note that in-person shopping is limited to three visits per month.

Who can pick up food?
Anyone listed as a household member can pick up food. If you designate someone outside of the household to pick up your food, then he/she will need a completed proxy form and identification.

Where should I park?
You can park alongside the East wall of the pantry (across from the storage facility) or on Hobson Valley Drive. You run the risk of being towed if you park in front of another business.
