Eligibility

The Pantry serves residents of DuPage and Will County who
meet the Federal Income Guidelines twice a month. These guidelines are issued annually, and
vary depending on the number of people in the household. Download our
brochure for more information in your chosen language.

Registration Process

New Customers You will need to create an online West Suburban Community Pantry account to use our services. If you are shopping in-person, you can create an account ahead of time or one of our check-in volunteers will assist you when you arrive. To shop on our Virtual Food Pantry, create an account and start shopping online. 

If you would like to designate someone to visit the Pantry on your behalf, please fill out the Proxy Statement Form and bring it to the Pantry every time. 

When you arrive, volunteers will check that you reside in DuPage or Will County. If you do not, you may shop once and then we will refer you to a closer food pantry. Please also bring several bags or boxes for your food.
