Free COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster event!
The DuPage County Health Department is offering Pfizer 1st and 2nd doses (Age 5 and up) and Pfizer
Boosters (Ages 12 and up). If you are getting a Pfizer Booster it must be AT LEAST 5 months since your completed vaccine series. Please bring the vaccination card with the dates of previous vaccines received.
All are welcome!
