Preparing Healthy Meals
Presented By: The University of Illinois Extension

Offered quarterly in partnership with the University of Illinois Extension, this cooking demo uses recipes inspired by the food items available at WSCP to help clients make healthy choices and select food items they may not be familiar with preparing or eating. Clients can also taste the snacks and meals made. Recipes are available for clients during and after the sessions.

The next tasting will be scheduled soon. Check back here or look for signs in the Client Waiting Area at the Pantry.
