Help us celebrate Harvest Sunday 2018!
Your generous donation will help feed your neighbors in need throughout the holidays and beyond. It can mean the difference between someone enjoying a nutritious meal or going to bed hungry – again. There are several ways you can lend support to those who are facing “food insecurity” during these difficult economic times. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3…
- You will receive a reminder door hanger by November 9. Place non-perishable food items at the curb for pick-up on Sunday, November 11 by 11:00 AM. We are requesting non-perishable food items, such as:
- Dry pasta
- Dry potatoes
- Canned fruit and vegetables
- Canned tuna or chicken
- Spaghetti sauce
- Hamburger Helper
- Peanut Butter
- You may also make a donation by check. With every $5 we receive, we can provide 10 meals for the families we serve. That is a lot of bang for the buck!
- Credit card donations are securely accepted through PayPal using the button at the top of this page.
Due to your generosity and assistance, the Pantry provided more than 1.4 million pounds of food to our neighbors in need during the last fiscal year. Your support and donations allow us the opportunity to continue this important work in our community.
Would you like to help?
Volunteers are needed to deliver door hangers to the residents of Woodridge. You can walk the route anytime between Friday, November 2 through Friday, November 9.
We also need drivers to pick up the food donations on Sunday, November 11, any time after 11 AM.
We need to cover 32 routes. Call now to get the route you want! Friends and family are welcome to help.
